Sales Growth for Environmentally Conscious Startup




As part of my sales consulting initiative for this quarter, the last company I met is R-Buy Solutions. Fahad, the CEO of the company is very passionate about contributing to the planet by reducing plastic usage. He is the 17th Entrepreneur I am e-meeting as part of this initiative for this quarter.


 Fahad has already won few startup competitions. He has specific questions on

  1. Go to market strategy

  2. Negotiating with manufacturers

  3. Scaling up the service


We had a detailed discussion about his current plan, business plan, costing etc.


We discussed on 

  1. Wallet based prepaid plans to lock in the customer

  2. Having a Subscription model to maximize the wallet share of the customer

  3. Creating videos to reach more customers

  4. A deeper understanding of unit economics
